Marshall Peterson
Writer/Producer/Director

Marshall Peterson has written, directed and produced several hundred projects for clients including Deloitte, Bank of America, Ricoh, Siemens, NCR, Owens Corning, Stanley Tools, Kaiser Permanente, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and many others. Holding a Master’s Degree in Writing and Directing from NYU’s Graduate Institute of Film and Television, Peterson’s broad range of experience includes award-winning spots, independent films and documentaries.  He has won more than 40 national and international awards from the Louis B. Mayer Foundation, WorldFest Houston, ITVA, MCAI, AMI, PRSA and others; and client honors from the United Way, Stanley Works, Eastman Kodak and the United Methodist Church (USA). Thanks to his hands-on knowledge of every aspect of the production process, Marshall offers a big-picture perspective on every project, and a unique ability to maximize the effectiveness of every frame – and every dollar in your budget.

Eric Lease
Animation/Graphics

Eric Lease has a rare collection of skills, combining the technical (B.A. in Mathematics from Oberlin) with the artistic (graduate study at Savannah College of Art and Design). This unusual combination led Eric into computer graphics in the 1990's, and his abilities in both disciplines have made him one of the most capable computer graphic artists in the business. Eric brings enormous technical know-how, artistic creativity and problem-solving skills to every WaveGuide Studios project, and his work helps set ours apart.  Eric has won national and international awards for his work on projects for Call2Recycle, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Spivey Hall at Clayton State University and Idbids.

Todd Watson
Audio Producer/Engineer

Todd Watson presides over our Pro Tools recording/ mixing/mastering studio, offering superior quality sound for commercial radio and television, video, motion picture, multimedia and music projects. His twenty-five years' experience in audio includes producing for major-label artists like Greg Allman, Michael Stipe, Heavy D, Mighty Clouds of Joy, Millie Jackson and Canibus; sound design for national television commercials, and scoring for films, theater, commercials and corporate projects, including Delta Airlines, Yamaha, Lufthansa, the US Postal Service, NCR and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra; winning a variety of awards along the way.

Todd’s skill at mixing and mastering is unmatched, and his experience in different media gives him a unique perspective on every project.

Steve Reed
Production Supervisor

Steve Reed’s 28 years in the production business include a broad spectrum of technical and creative disciplines across the production landscape. His key responsibilities include production management and coordinating our effort in both the field and the studio, in addition to making use of his many on-set skills. Steve has three college and graduate degrees, all in music, including an MFA from the New England Conservatory. He is a charter member and still sings with the world-famous, multi-Grammy®-winning Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus.
